whats the hp on a stock gsxr1000,always heard conflicting numbers,such as 160 and up to 200

I just bought a 2008 gsxr 1000 i have only 2700 miles on it and i love it. I should have bought one a long time ago. I was wanting to lower it two inches but would that mess with the warranty. Also i have never lowered a bike should i do it or let the dealer???????let me know some info….email- oneh_hater@yahoo.com———thanks guys

HI THERE PEOPLE WOULD ANY BODY KNOW IF A GSXR 1000 K7 TOP YOKE WOULD FIT A K3 GSXR 1000 , WHOT IT IS I WANT TO TAKE THE CLIPONS OF AND FIT A TOP YOKE COMFORT KIT BUT MY LOCAL SHOP ONLY HAVE A KIT FOR A K7 GSXR1000 THEY SAY IT WILL FIT BUT SAY IF IT DOESNT I CANT CHANGE IT ,,,, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLE3ASE PLEASE HELP ME , ,, THANKYOU

I have a 2007 gsxr 1000 I brought it back to the dealer for the recall,the bike ran good for about 3000 miles then would start to spit and spuder from 1200rpm to 5000rpm then would light up after 5000rpm I took it back to the dealer (saugus suzuki) they had the bike for 7 weeks and said they could not fix it. Then they told me they own another dealer ship and the mechanics are good overthere now it has been 3 more weeks and they still dont have it fixed, I need some advice on what could be the problem. The bike has 4800 miles on it neverlaid down but is a pile of crap. my email is easracing2007@yahoo.com Please I need some advice. Thanks

Everything is perfect I love this website I plan to get a bike soon buyt the only thing is I’m going to speed the minute I get on it later guys.
